How long is the rental period?
We have a standard rental period of 72hrs. Are you in need of a few extra hours? Just ask! We’re pretty flexible, so if adding some extra time would make your day then we’ll see what we can do!

Do you deliver?
Deliveries (including pickup) within 20 miles of Harvard start at $50. Any delivery outside of 20 miles will be calculated due to order. Late night retrieval adds an additional $100.

Can I pickup and drop off my rentals?
Of course, whatever works better for you, works better for us!

What happens if I break a rental or don’t return something?
Accidents happen, we understand! If the item is broken beyond repair or not returned, the credit card on file will be charged 4x the rental fee. If we are able to repair the item, the credit card on file will be charged the repair fee.

Do I have to pay a deposit? If so, when?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the items for your date. We will be keeping a copy of your credit card and license on file. Final payment will be due at 2 weeks prior to event.

What if I want to add or remove items from my order after paying the deposit?
Reductions in your rentals are allowed up to 2 weeks prior to your event. We will also gladly add rental items to your booking as long as we have them in stock at the time of your request. *For small orders (less then $100) you may cancel your order up to 3 days in advance of your date without penalty. No refunds will be issued less than 3 days in advance of your event.
